Platform Audit

Audit platform mencatat:

  • registration approve/reject;
  • tenant provisioning;
  • package/subscription/invoice update;
  • billing provider config;
  • global knowledge upload/publish/archive;
  • connector catalog changes;
  • usage export;
  • break-glass access bila tersedia.

Support Process

Saat tenant melaporkan issue, minta:

  • tenant/company;
  • user email;
  • URL;
  • waktu kejadian;
  • action yang dilakukan;
  • screenshot;
  • request ID atau audit event bila tersedia.

Break-Glass

Jika owner perlu membuka data sensitif tenant, harus ada:

  • reason;
  • approval policy;
  • time-bound access;
  • audit event;
  • notification bila policy mensyaratkan.
