Audit platform mencatat:

- tenant provisioning;
- package/subscription/invoice update;
- billing provider config;
- global knowledge upload/publish/archive;
- connector catalog changes;
- usage export;
- break-glass access bila tersedia.
Support Process
Saat tenant melaporkan issue, minta:
- tenant/company;
- user email;
- URL;
- waktu kejadian;
- action yang dilakukan;
- screenshot;
- request ID atau audit event bila tersedia.
Break-Glass
Jika owner perlu membuka data sensitif tenant, harus ada:
- reason;
- approval policy;
- time-bound access;
- audit event;
- notification bila policy mensyaratkan.
