- Upload/import source.
- Isi title, category, jurisdiction, effective date, dan tags.
- Index source.
- Review chunk/citation.
- Publish source bila siap.
Cost Reporting
Owner console harus menampilkan:
- usage by tenant;
- usage by user;
- mode usage;
- estimated token/cost;
- allowance remaining;
- warning/hard-limit status.
Provider billing tetap authoritative; app estimate dipakai untuk guardrail dan reporting.
